How long does it take to process my purchase? 

Your purchase is instant! As soon as you are finished checking out you'll be able to download your music right away. 

 

How many copies can I print for my organization?

As many as you want! Easychoirmusic.com provides a digital copy that can be reproduced for your choir as many times as you would like. 

 

Will my purchase expire?

Your Easy Choir piece will never expire! Your purchase will be a staple in your music library for years to come. 

 

What is performance accompaniment? 

The Easy Choir Music performance accompaniment was designed to be used during the performance of the pieces. It is as so an excellent tool for rehearsals, sectionals, and independent practice.

 

Do you ever grant gratis permission? 

 In an effort to be fair and equitable in our handling of these requests, it is our general policy not to grant gratis permission.

I don't see the perfect arrangement for my choir, does Easy Choir Music comission works? 

Yes! A perfect piece can be tailored to your choir! You may also request pieces and performance accompaniment in different keys.

How do I obtain permission to reprint lyrics in my church bulletins or school programs? 

To obtain permission, you will need to submit your request in writing by mail or fax on your organization's letterhead or electronically to the following address:

Your request must include the following information:

  • Your complete name, address and either a telephone number, fax number or e-mail address.
  • The title of the composition(s) you wish to reprint, including the writer and/or arranger along with the complete copyright information, which is generally found at the bottom of the first page of music.
  • Whether you will be reprinting the lyrics only, music only or both the lyrics and music.
  • The total number of bulletins/programs you will be printing.
  • The date of the worship service or other event at which the bulletins/programs will be used.

Please note that Easy Choir Music compositions are not covered by a CCLI license.

How do I obtain a mechanical (recording) license or synchronization license?

Please provide the following information in your request:

  • The title of the composition(s) you wish to record/video record, including the writer and/or arranger along with the complete copyright information, which is generally found at the bottom of the first page of music.

How do I obtain permission to perform copyrighted materials?

Section 110 of the U.S. Copyright Law does allow the non-dramatic performance of musical works by schools or churches during the course of worship services or school functions, provided there is no purpose of direct or indirect commercial advantage, no compensation is paid to the performers, promoters or organizers and no admission is charged for the performance. If admission is charged, all proceeds must be used only for educational or charitable purposes.

How long does it typically take to process my request?

We do require that you allow us 4 to 6 weeks to process your request. If you have a deadline which falls before the 4-week minimum, please indicate it on your request. If it is at all possible, we will try to meet your deadline.

Why might my request be denied?

Many factors are taken in to consideration when permissions are being considered. Easy Choir Music reserves the right to deny any request for permissions.
